The Governor-General is pictured with Jonathon Ellis (19) of Newlands College who was the joint winner, with Tyler Johns, of the 16 years and over award.

The Governor-General, Hon Anand Satyanand, and Mrs Susan Satyanand, hosted the 2007 Frances Clarke Memorial Awards Ceremony at Government House in Wellington on 31 October 2007. The Governor-General is pictured with, from left: Tyler Johns (21), of Paraparaumu Beach; Jamie Davidson (9), of Pahiatua; and Jonathon Ellis (19), of Newlands College. Jamie won the award for those aged eight to 16 years, while Jonathon and Tyler were joint winners of the award for those aged 16 and over.
