As the home of New Zealand's Governor-General, Government House Auckland is not available for hire as a venue for private events or as a location for wedding photography.

There are three entrances to Government House Auckland.  You will be notified as to which gate to use.

Most guests attending events or arriving for tours enter through the gate at the end of Savannah St (near the entrance to Eden Gardens), which is off Omana Rd. The staff and goods entrance is via 14 Glenfell Place. The gate at Mountain Road is generally only used for VIP access.
