Ms Linda-Lee Odom, of Auckland, KSM, for services to people with disabilities and sport
Linda-Lee Odom has been a long-term employee with CCS Disability Action (CCSDA). She has advocated for other people with disabilities through governance and helping them engage with sports and recreation.
She volunteered on the Auckland committee of Parafed, competing and coaching in athletics and swimming.
She joined CCSDA as a recreation officer, furthering her coaching activities for disabled young people. She has volunteered at CCSDA camps and Local Advisory Committees. Ms Odom has been a volunteer with the Humane Society of New Zealand, taking dogs to Wilson Home for disabled children, hospitals and rest homes for pet therapy.
