New Ambassador for Viet Nam presents his credentials
A few days before the arrival of the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the new Ambassador for Viet Nam, HE Vuong Hai Nam, presented his credentials to the Governor-General, the Hon Anand Satyanand, at Government House in Auckland on 4 September 2007.
