Meeting the Queen's Representative
The Governor-General of New Zealand, the Hon Anand Satyanand, and Mrs Susan Satyanand, made their first formal visit to the Cook Islands in August 2007. On 23 August, they met the Queen’s Representative, Sir Frederick Goodwin and his wife Lady Goodwin, at a ceremony at Government House on Rarotonga.
