For services to women’s cricket. Miss Tiffen is considered one of the best international all-rounders in women's cricket. She played at international level as a member of the New Zealand White Ferns from 1999 to 2009, was a member of the team that won the World Cup in 2000 and was Captain of the team that took second place in the 2009 tournament. She scored her career-best in the 2009 World Cup in a match against Pakistan, and concluded her career with 2,919 One Day International runs from 117 games. She also played for the Canterbury Magicians from 1998 to 2009, and has coached a number of teams, including at New Zealand Emerging Players Camps and the Boys Elite Skill Clinics for Canterbury Cricket.
