Mrs Lisa Woolley, of Auckland, ONZM for services to the community and governance
Lisa Woolley is Chief Executive Officer of VisionWest Community Trust, which offers community-based services to people in West Auckland, aiming to address homelessness and poverty and support the elderly and youth.
As CEO, Mrs Woolley has seen the Trust’s turnover increase from $2.5 million in 2001 to more than $75 million in 2019. She drove its involvement in emergency housing and permanent housing solutions for people who have been homeless and led the acquisition of TSA Homecare.
She was President of the New Zealand Council of Christian Social Services and has been a member of several reference and advisory groups.
Mrs Woolley was a key part of the team that arranged Transform 18, an event to help faith-based organisations be part of community transformation.
