A group photo in front of the Camp House
Dame Patsy and Sir David with DOC representatives, Taranaki Mounga Project staff and Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa Trust representatives in front of the Camp House. The building is claimed to be the world's oldest corregated wrought iron building. It began its life as military barracks during the New Zealand Wars, before being moved up the mountain to be used for recreational purposes around 130 years ago.
