Ms Kendra Cocksedge, of Christchurch, MNZM, for services to rugby
Kendra Cocksedge is the second most capped member of the Black Ferns women's rugby team. She has played in more than 50 tests and won two Women’s Rugby World Cups. She won the Women's Sevens World Series with the Black Ferns Sevens. She won back-to-back Farah Palmer Cup titles with Canterbury and was the first player to surpass 1,000 points. She has been World Rugby Women's Player of the Year and New Zealand Rugby Women's Player of the Year and was the first woman to win the Kelvin R Tremain Memorial Player of the Year. Ms Cocksedge is New Zealand Rugby's Women's Participation Manager for the South Island.
