Frances Clarke Memorial Awards 2010

The Frances Clarke Memorial Awards are organised by the Wellington Down Syndrome Association and were instituted in memory of Frances Clarke, who was born in 1985 with Down syndrome and died in May 1989 from leukaemia. The Governor-General, Rt Hon Sir Anand Satyanand presented the awards at St Patrick's College in Silverstream on 29 October 2010.
