Mr Jeremy Johnson, of Auckland, KSM for services to the Anglican Church and the LGBTQI+ community
Jeremy Johnson is a lawyer, Chancellor of the Anglican Diocese of Waiapu, and former Chancellor of the Anglican Diocese of Christchurch. He has served as Deputy Legal Advisor to the New Zealand Church. He has been President of the Christ’s College Old Boys’ Association, where he established the College Tuis, a group for LGBTQI+ former students. He is a Fellow of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mr Johnson was Chair of the New Zealand String Quartet Trust and is a Trustee of the Auckland Art Gallery Foundation.
