Mr Kevin Loe, of Blenheim, KSM for services to the community and agriculture Kevin Loe
Kevin Loe was Chair of the Flaxbourne Settlers Association and President of the Flaxbourne Agricultural and Pastoral Association. He has held several leadership roles with the Seddon Lions Club. He is Director of the Hilary Crump Trust. As Chair of the Flaxbourne Heritage Trust, he has led the rebuild of the Ward Museum, which was damaged in the Kaikōura earthquake. He was instrumental in setting up the impactful Taimate Water Scheme and has spearheaded the Flaxbourne Irrigation Scheme. Mr Loe continues to support tourism opportunities in the area, including the Whale Trail bike trail between Picton and Kaikōura.
