Ms Rosemary Sloman, of Whakatāne, KSM for services to the community
Ms Rosemary Sloman chaired the Kawerau South School Board and was a key driver of the Kawerau Rotary Youth Trust. She volunteers with Look Good Feel Better and the American Field Service. She is Co-ordinator and Fundraiser for Hospice Eastern Bay of Plenty. She is Ministerial Educator for Eastern Bay Region Justices of the Peace, a member of the Mataatua COGS Area Grants Committee, and active with the Celebrants’ Association of Aotearoa-New Zealand. She was the Eastern Bay Community Foundation’s inaugural Executive Officer. Ms Sloman was a Trustee of Virtual Eastern Bay Villages and continues to support seniors with dementia.
