Mr Gordon Myer helped to establish Clive Scouts and served as Group Leader. He has been a Board member and Chairperson of the Manurewa Citizens Advice Bureau, collaborating with service partners to create training workshops. He has served three terms as President of the Howick Lions Club, advocating for numerous youth projects. Under his leadership, the club has made significant contributions to the New Zealand Cancer Foundation and Women’s Refuge and to humanitarian support through the Lions Club International ‘SightFirst’ projects. He volunteers with the Red Cross, delivering Meals on Wheels. Mr Myer is a Justice of the Peace.
