Mrs Deb Fraser-Komene, of Dunedin, MNZM for services to mental health and youth
Mrs Deb Fraser-Komene is the Director at Mirror Services, delivering counselling and treatment for young people and their whānau. She is on national advisory groups relating to foetal alcohol spectrum disorder. She Global Leadership Exchange member, Chair of the Infant Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions Sector Leaders’ Day, and co-Chair of the National Committee for Addiction Treatment. She is on the Ethics Committee for the New Zealand Association of Counsellors, Platform Trust and Atamira. She led Te Pou Advisory Group for the University of Otago’s Addiction and Coexisting Disorders programme. Mrs Fraser-Komene co-founded the Dunedin Youth Expo and chairs the Youth Hub Development working group.
