Ms Amelia Bresanello, of Dunedin, KSM for services to the community
Ms Amelia Bresanello (Kāi Tahu) is a volunteer with Edmund Rice Camps Dunedin, helping young people who are in need of support. She has been Committee Chair, and has contributed to leader development, programme design, and the pastoral care of campers and leaders. She has cultivated partnerships with schools across Otago, Public Health Nurses, and social agencies, enabling targeted support for families. She secures funding to ensure the camps remain accessible, and coordinates the provision of food, uniforms, and digital devices to families facing hardship. Ms Bresanello works at Trinity Catholic College, supporting students with complex needs.
