For services to cricket administration. Mr Brian Aldridge has been involved in cricket umpiring for 32 years. He has been involved in committee administration and umpire management. Most of these duties have been performed in a voluntary capacity. He is a member of the International Cricket Council, and acts as one of only three inaugural members of its remote referees panel. Mr Aldridge has advised and managed numerous cricket umpires, many of whom have been selected to officiate at large international games, including the 2007 World Cup.
