Canterbury visit following the 4 September 2010 earthquake

The Governor-General, Rt Hon Sir Anand Satyanand, and Lady Susan Satyanand begin the day by visiting the Civil Defence Group Emergency Operations Centre based at the Environment Canterbury (ECANZ) Building.
