Nichola McKinney
Nichola McKinney received the Queen's Service Medal for services to the New Zealand Customs Service. She led the design and implementation of the Customs National Targeting Centre and is currently the manager responsible for the development of the overall concept, including the information systems, processes and procedures, staff selection and training. She has also been an Institutional Development Adviser to the Solomon Islands and was the first female Customs Officer to pass the New Zealand Defence Force Divers Course and served five years on the Customs Dive Team.
