Fraser Campbell, of Torbay
Fraser Campbell received the Queen's Service Medal for services to education and the community. Mr Campbell has been involved in education and the community in Hamilton, Levin and Auckland for more than 50 years. A teacher for 39 years, he was Principal of Horowhenua College in Levin for 13 years, and Melville High School in Hamilton for 10 years. Since his retirement, he has continued to serve the community in a variety of voluntary roles. He was President of the Levin Rotary Club, was Chairperson of the UNICEF Waikato-Bay of Plenty Committee and, has served as President and is an honorary life member of the University of the Third Age. Mr Campbell is also a volunteer at the Auckland Zoo, and has been involved with his local church and as a member of the Probus Club of East Coast Bays.
