The Governor-General, Rt Hon Sir Anand Satyanand, and Lady Susan Satyanand, met Jim Stuart-Black, the New Zealand Fire Service National Manager for Special Operations, at Latimer Square where the New Zealand and international Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) teams are based.
