Ken Bradley, of Te Anau, QSM, for services to conservation
Mr Bradley worked as a Milford Track guide before becoming a Parks Assistant for the Fiordland National Park Board, which was later amalgamated into DOC. He worked on a range of projects, including the development of the Kepler Track. He was in charge of the Fiordland Great Walk tracks and led key national projects, notably the inventory process after the Cave Creek tragedy. He has developed and managed a large conservation volunteer network throughout Fiordland National Park and has shared his expertise in track building and maintenance across the Pacific. He is a founding member of the Fiordland Museum Trust.
