Dr Judith Davey, of Wellington, MNZM, for services to seniors
Judith Davey is the Lower North Island’s Regional Representative for the New Zealand Association of Gerontology. She is a Senior Research Associate of the Institute of Governance and Policy Studies at Victoria University of Wellington. Previously, she was Director of the New Zealand Institute for Research on Ageing. She is a member of the Age Concern New Zealand policy team and a volunteer visitor for Age Concern’s Accredited Visiting Service. Dr Davey is currently working with Age Concern and the University of Auckland on a National Science Challenge: Ageing Well study and is part of the research team for an MBIE-funded project on maximising workforce participation for older New Zealanders.
