Jacqueline Clarke, of Auckland, MNZM, for services to the entertainment industry
Jackie Clarke co-founded iconic pop comedy group When The Cat’s Been Spayed and is part of acclaimed vocal group The Lady Killers. She has toured and recorded with prominent New Zealand artists, starred in large-scale stage productions, and performed with all of New Zealand’s major orchestras. She was a regular fixture at Auckland’s Christmas in the Park concerts and is part of the Jubilation gospel choir. She has acted in television comedy series, presented documentaries, hosted ‘Saturday Night Live’, and judged ‘Showcase’ and ‘New Zealand Idol’. Ms Clarke is a New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation Ambassador and a host of the annual Kids For Kids national concert series.
