Dare to Dream
The Governor-General, Lt Gen The Rt Hon Sir Jerry Mateparae, visited Wesley School in Mt Roskill on 26 June 2012. The Governor-General visited the Auckland primary school as a member of the "Dare to Dream" initiative organised by the Sir Peter Blake Trust as a part of Leadership Week 2012. The initiative aims to get a large number of mentors to talk with school children about their dreams for themselves and for New Zealand.
