On this bright autumn morning at Government House Wellington, Dame Cindy was delighted to receive the credentials of five new diplomatic Heads of Mission to New Zealand: HE Mr Mongkol Visitstump, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand; HE Ms Muanpuii Saiawai, High Commissioner of the Republic of India; HE Mr Karl Stouthuysen, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium; HE Mr Innocent Muhizi, High Commissioner of the Republic of Rwanda; and HE Mr Alisher Kayumov, Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
