This round of Auckland investiture ceremonies continued this afternoon, with eight further recipients being acknowledged for their outstanding achievements and service on behalf of fellow New Zealanders.
Among them were two recipients of the Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit: Mr Don Mackinnon, for services to sports governance, and Distinguished Professor Gaven Martin, for services to mathematics and education.
