Swearing-In Ceremony

Her Excellency The Rt Hon Dame Patsy Reddy, GNZM, QSO was sworn in as the 21st Governor-General of New Zealand at Parliament in Wellington on Wednesday, 28 September, 2016.

 The ceremony included a Maori welcome, a 21 Gun Salute and music from the Royal New Zealand Air Force Band and the New Zealand Opera Chorus.
