Investitures in Wellington
Rugby great and community activist Michael Jones; Te Reo champion Professor Timoti Karetu; bungy supremo A.J Hackett; former Tall Blacks coach Keith Mair; writer Emily Perkins; actor Rachel House and entertainer Shane are amongst the people whose achievements will be celebrated at investiture ceremonies at Government House in Wellington next week.
The Governor-General, The Rt Hon Dame Patsy Reddy, and Sir David Gascoigne, will host five ceremonies at Government House in Wellington on Tuesday 29 August (10am and 2.30pm), Wednesday 30 August (10am), Thursday 31 August (10am and 2.30pm) and Friday 1 September (10am).
