SPCA Giving Hearts Legacy programme launch - Wellington

Dame Patsy hosted a morning reception for SPCA as they launched their Giving Hearts Legacy programme in Wellington. Dame Patsy also met the Wellington puppy who has been named Coco after Dame Patsy's dog, as part of the legacy naming programme.
