Dame Patsy and Sir David hosted a State Dinner in honour of President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins and Sabina Higgins at Government House in Wellington last night. Dame Patsy showed the couple the portrait of New Zealand's first Governor, Captain William Hobson, who was born in Ireland.
