Today Dame Cindy welcomed new Heads of Mission to New Zealand. HE Mr Ishmael Mali Avui, High Commissioner of the Solomon Islands, HE Mr Patryk Blaszczak, Ambassador of Poland, and HE Mr Melih Karalar, Ambassador of Turkiye attended the morning ceremony. HE Mrs Jane Chigiyal, Ambassador of the Federated States of Micronesia, HE Mr Mohamed Luveiz, High Commissioner of Maldives, and HE Mr Atadurdy Bayramov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan attended the afternoon ceremony. It is the first time that the Federated States of Micronesia and Turkmenistan have presented credentials to New Zealand.
