Investiture ceremonies began at Government House Auckland this afternoon with six recipients honoured across a range of fields.
The Honourable Paul Davison, KC, received the insignia of a Companion of the King’s Service Order for services to public service and the law.
Two recipients received the insignia of an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit: Mr Evan Davies for services to business and governance and Mr Russell Lowe for services to horticulture and the kiwifruit industry
Two recipients received the insignia of a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit, and one received the King’s Service Medal, in areas spanning accountancy education, the Niuean community, and the wider community.
