Mrs Louise Wallace, of Auckland, MNZM for services to the entertainment industry
Mrs Louise Wallace held high-profile presenting roles with TV3, including on ‘3News’, ‘60 Minutes’, ‘20/20’ and ‘Mobil Sport’. Subsequently, she presented ‘The Weakest Link’ and acted in ‘Agent Anna’, ‘Street Legal’, ‘Shortland Street’ and feature films. More recently she has featured on reality show ‘Real Housewives of Auckland’. She took on producing and directing roles for hit shows such as ‘Celebrity Treasure Island’ and ‘The Apprentice’. Over the course of her career, she has worked on 42 television shows and films. She has hosted the Radio New Zealand show ‘Health Matters’. Mrs Wallace co-founded Tadpole Theatre Productions to provide opportunities for Auckland’s actors and mentor young talent for live theatre.
