Mrs Robyn Bruce, of Maungaturoto, KSM for services to youth and sport
Mrs Robyn Bruce has coached hockey for 28 years, leading many young players to become North Shore and Northland representatives. She served on the Northland Hockey Association Junior and Collegiate Committees. She is the Award Leader for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Hillary Award at Otamatea High School. She has been President of the Kaiwaka Athletics Club and coached athletes for the North Island and New Zealand Colgate Games. She has represented Athletics Northland Children’s at annual general meetings. She has coached school swimmers to represent Northland in National Divisions. Mrs Bruce regularly volunteers her free time to fundraise for students.
