Ambassador of Qatar presents his credentials
The Ambassador of Qatar, HE Yousef Khalifa Abdullah Al-Sada, greets Chief Petty Officer Mark Simpkins, of the Royal NZ Navy, who was part of the Maori welcome party. The hongi (pressing of noses) is a traditional Maori welcome.
