Robyn Duncan, Feilding, MNZM
For services to youth. Mrs Duncan has been involved in youth aid work in the Manawatu region for almost 15 years. She has been a voluntary truancy officer, and was the Feilding and districts youth board co-ordinator. She has been a voluntary alcohol and drug youth worker for Manchester House, a social services centre in Feilding. She has worked in a voluntary capacity as a youth advocate for the Feilding Police, is a member of the Youth Workers’ Network and helps to organise Youth Week. In 2009 she organised a house make-over for a Feilding family in need. She is highly regarded in the Manawatu area for her ability to facilitate positive change in the lives of troubled young people.
