Mr Lee Robinson, of Christchurch, for services to the community and sport
Mr Robinson is the former Director of Richmond Services Ltd, a charity providing community mental health and disability services. He has chaired the St John of God Health and Disabilities Hospital Board and the Hastings St John of God Rest Home and Hospital Board. He was a Trustee of the Christchurch Child Cancer Foundation and the South Island Bone Marrow Trust, and he established the Rainbow Children’s Trust. He is a director of the Akaroa Health Hub. Mr Robinson has been the Chair of the Canterbury Cricket Trust, led the fundraising and building of the Hagley Oval Pavilion, and helped re-establish international cricket fixtures in Christchurch after the earthquakes.
