Canterbury Earthquakes Royal Commission Final Report Handover

The Governor-General, Lt Gen The Rt Hon Sir Jerry Mateparae, received the Canterbury Earthquakes Royal Commission Final Report at Government House in Wellington on 29 November 2012.  Commission chairman Hon Justice Mark Cooper handed the report to the Governor-General, who then gave it to Colin McDonald, Chief Executive and Secretary for the Department of Internal Affairs to give to the Attorney-General, Hon Christopher Finlayson.  The report will be released when it is tabled in Parliament.
