Diamond Jubilee Visit - November 14

On November 14, Their Royal Highnesses travelled to Wellington where they attended an Diamond Jubilee welcome ceremony on the North Lawn of Government House, opened the Government House Visitor Centre, and attended the birthday party in honour of The Prince of Wales' 64th birthday party. The Prince also met the Prime Minister, Rt Hon John Key, and the Leader of the Opposition, David Shearer.
