Heart Foundation 50th Anniversary Reception

The Administrator, Sir William Young deputised for Dame Patsy at a reception marking 50 years since the founding of the Heart Foundation. In his speech, Sir William referenced his own family's experience of heart disease, having lost his father to congestive heart failure.
