HE Rt Hon Dame Cindy Kiro Message to HM Queen Elizabeth II for the Platinum Jubilee

On behalf of the people of Aotearoa New Zealand, I send my very warmest wishes as we celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of your accession to the throne.
New Zealanders have immense respect for your steadfast service as our Sovereign throughout the 70 years of your reign, and we acknowledge also your profound dedication to the internationalist vision of the Commonwealth.
My husband Richard and I are honoured to be joining other Commonwealth representatives in London for The Platinum Jubilee Week commemorations, where we look forward to attending events that reflect and express the deep affection, regard and esteem felt by the peoples of your Realm.
