Mr Keith Trembath, MNZM, of Paeroa, for services to the community, agriculture and education
Keith Trembath chaired the Auckland Federated Farmers Cadet Scheme and the Waikato Agricultural Industry Training Organisation, where he served as a director and sat on several sub-committees. He was a member of the National Council of Federated Farmers and Deputy Chair of Federated Farmers for Hauraki Coromandel. He was a Hauraki District Councillor for Paeroa Ward. As Chair of Waikato East Life Education Trust, he has overseen the Trust raise close to $1 million and employ a full-time teacher working with 60 local schools. Mr Trembath was Deputy Chair of St John Paeroa Area Committee, with responsibilities for welfare, establishing the Op-Shop and funding a new ambulance.
