Mr Grant Craig, of Mosgiel, KSM for services to rail heritage
Mr Grant Craig became interested in railway history when he was Ranfurly Station Master. As Operations Manager at Dunedin Railways, he supported women to pursue careers in railways operational roles. He is a volunteer with the Otago Railway and Locomotive Society and Dunedin Gasworks Museum, and is President of the Otago Vauxhall Owners Club. He is Deputy Chair of the Otago Excursion Train Trust and chairs the Federation of Rail Organisations of New Zealand, advising heritage rail-based groups, and liaising with KiwiRail and the New Zealand Transport Agency regarding safe operation of railways.
