Mrs Vania Wolfgramm, of Auckland, MNZM for services to rugby
Mrs Vania Wolfgramm played for the Black Ferns XV, the Black Ferns Sevens, and represented Auckland for 45 games in the Farah Palmer Cup. She was a Women’s Rugby Development Officer and Game Development Manager of Women’s Rugby with New Zealand Rugby. She was key to the development of the Ako Wāhine and Teine Toa programmes, and co-developed the Pasifika Cultural Competency programme, played a key role in shaping the Pasifika Strategy, and fostered Pacific grassroots rugby by establishing the Pacific Aotearoa Cup. She is a member of the Barbarians Rugby Club and a Board Member of the Marist Brothers Rugby Club. Mrs Wolfgramm has been a rugby commentator for Sky Sport.
