Mr Bill Rayner, of Auckland, KSM for services to seniors and cultural heritage
Mr Bill Rayner (Ngāti Kahungunu, Rongomaiwahine) was President of Grey Power North Shore and helped establish Auckland Council Seniors Advisory Panel. He was on the Auckland Council Heritage Advisory Panel, and was a founding Board member of the Museum of Transport and Technology. He served on the Board of the International Association of Transport Museums, advised the Ministry of Culture and Heritage on technical heritage, and was a member of the Te Papa National Services Sector Standards Advisory Panel. Mr Rayner served on the Ngāti Kahungunu Asset Holding Company Board and the Iwi Board.
