Mr Keith Bone, of Hastings, KSM for services to swimming
Mr Keith Bone achieved regional and national titles in his youth, and now serves as a Swimming New Zealand National Referee. He is Chairperson of Hawke’s Bay Poverty Bay Swimming, and has been Regional Team Manager at national meets, National Age Group Championships, and New Zealand Short Course Championships. He helped establish the Hawke’s Bay Regional Aquatic Centre and the Hawke’s Bay Water Polo Association. Mr Bone received the Swimming New Zealand Distinguished Service Award in 2024, in recognition of his voluntary contributions over many years.
