This will be their final visit to Canterbury, with Sir Anand’s term as Governor-General concluding on 23 August 2011.
The visit will include a formal powhiri at Rapaki Marae, and a visit to Lyttelton schools.

11.50am Visit to London Street, Lyttelton, to meet community members
12.30pm Lunch with local MPs, Mayoress of Christchurch, and Chief Executive of Lyttelton Port of Christchurch. No media at this event
